Object exit

The management of objects leaving the museum premises.

Objects may leave for reasons such as an outward loan, conservation, or disposal.

An Object Exit system may consist of a bound register and triplicate Object Exit forms that allow one copy to given to the recipient of the object as a receipt, one to be kept on file at the museum as a record of the exit, and one to be kept as a back up.
